Just a few minutes before I head out to the Swing building for the last day of our capstone conference. It’s been a rewarding experience. AS part of the Capstone, we’re required to solve a real problem for our assigned organization.
I didn’t notice it at the time, but I found myself interviewing the VP of HR, asking about their strategies, how their recent expansion plans were, probing, examining, getting as much as information as I could.
A year ago, I couldn’t have imagined asking all these questions from someone in the “C-suite” and get information that would be useful in developing our solutions and recommendations. Before this program, I thought that I could do it with the right tools and analytical skills.
Now I Know.
And I want more!
Looking forward to the things that my I will bring to our life. It’s certainly going to be a great one!
