For those of you who like to revel in my failures and setbacks, this is the post for you! Occasionally, I tend to wallow in my challenges when things just don’t happen the way I plan them. I wrote my exam, failed horrendously (read: less than a competitive score), and spent the rest of the day playing World of Warcraft to keep that horrid memory of the exam furthest from my mind.
But enough of that. I did the best that I could. It wasn’t enough. So I’ve decided that I need some outside help to get me to where I need to be. In the words of Buzz Lightyear, “Never give up. Never Surrender”. E and the kids deserve that much from me.
E says that there’s a reason for everything. If anything, this experience will probably make me appreciate the process even more when I actually do get the right score.
I’ll get there. Eventually. I know it.
