Carry on.

Looking forward to home

For those of you who’ve been reading this blog, I’m sure you’ve noticed just how repetitive these entries have become. Roughly 40 percent of this blog is me whining about how hard it is to be in school and to work at the same time. But really, nothing in my life has really changed over the past two and a half years. Or has it? We have two new children, Nicolas is about to start school, I have only a year and a half left in this place.

Things are different these days. I’m truly happy with my life. It’s been a long time coming but I am starting to believe that anything is possible with our lives if we are willing to put in the effort into it. There are more doors open to us now and we can do anything that we set out to do. Graduation was just one product of that effort with more to come.

Just as how I know that I will finish my education, I know I couldn’t have done this without my wife. We’re both essential in our relationship and we can’t progress without each other. I love her. And I hope that she’ll be patient with me for just a little while longer.
