Carry on.

A more detailed Analysis reaps rewards.

Today, I did a more detailed analysis of the schools that I’m applying for.
Surprisingly, going to Capilano, UBC and SFU will cost roughly the same: $12180 .00, $12798.00, and $12096.00 respectively. If I went to SFU, I’d be finished in April 2006. UBC, August 2006, Cap: April 2007. This assumes that I take 4 courses a term and that there are no tuition increases (knock on wood).

Why the difference? UBC and SFU are more open to accepting my Chemical Engineering Credits as non Business electives. This more than makes up for the per credit cost that Capilano college offers. So upon closer inspection, UBC and SFU bring more value to the table than Capilano does. I hope that they accept me into their program!

I got my registration date for Douglas… How come I haven’t heard from the others yet?

Until next time.

Every human being on this earth is born with a tragedy, and it isn’t original sin. He’s born with the tragedy that he has to grow up. That he has to leave the nest, the security, and go out to do battle. He has to lose everything that is lovely and fight for a new loveliness of his own making, and it’s a tragedy. A lot of people don’t have the courage to do it. Helen Hayes
