    Well, it’s not so bad. At least I was able to avoid the TV completely this week and I didn’t spend much money on fast food. Scripture study was fun and I think it actually kept me sane for the week. Exercise? HAH! I’ll try again next week – I really have to get that going. I also need to get going with my personal prayer – why cut myself off from communicating with My Father in Heaven?
